Bert and his team are great. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers, do great work, on time and at fair rates. Highly recommended!

Very competent and competitive.

This is a small independent shop located within a block of the only two remaining “franchise dealers” left on Staten Island. When I go there, I’m treated like a customer and not like an annoyance. The customer service skills at the “franchise dealers” is terrible. Bert’s prices are more than fair, especially when you compare them to the other dealers. His mechanics have the same factory training too so it’s not like you’re getting less for your money. Lower overhead/same parts and service/customer service=lower prices to the customer. Win Win to me.

Been going to Bert for at least 5 years. Never had a major issue, but he was great for small things. Recommended him to two of my friends and they have been very happy with him (more involved work done to their bikes).
I would recommend at least trying them out.
